Health & Safety Information

All events may have enhanced health and safety measures in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You may be required to follow any policies or protocols put in place by us, the venue or the event organizer in order to attend an event.

Our Back To Action initiative is built on our commitment to care for each guest so they can enjoy every aspect of the event experience – from arrival to departure. While these will continue to evolve, please take a moment to review the details below and trust that your safety and well-being is our highest priority.

All package guests will receive PPE kits onsite including: Reusable mask, hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes.

Social Distancing

Increased signage while on tour will remind our guests to maintain proper social distancing. Additionally, guests may be required to wear a face mask while on-site.


Capacity will be limited to ensure proper social distancing. Groups traveling together will be allowed to sit together.

Staff Hygiene

Masks, and daily temperature checks will be required of our staff while on-site. Staff will be equipped with hand sanitizer and additional PPE items.

Hotel Policies

Each of our valued hotel partners have specific policies in place to ensure the enjoyment of your stay. Further details will be provided with your travel itinerary.

Venue Policies

Event venues each have separate policies related to sanitization, social distancing and more. More details specific to your selected event will be provided prior to the event dates.

If your event has been canceled or postponed due to COVID-19, you will receive specific details via email from our Guest Services eam.
